"We're too small to hire a consultant."
If you've ever thought that, you're exactly the type of person I hope reaches out.
One of the biggest misconceptions I run into is that consulting is only for large corporations, government agencies, or organizations with six-figure budgets.
That's understandable. Most of the consulting firms people hear about are awarded contracts worth tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars. If that's your only exposure to consultants, it's easy to assume you're not their kind of client.
I'm different.
Sirron Resource Partners was built specifically to help small businesses, nonprofits, startups, and community organizations—especially those with fewer than 25 employees.
I don't believe every challenge requires an expensive, long-term contract. Sometimes all you need is an outside perspective. Sometimes you need help getting a project across the finish line. Sometimes you need someone to spend an hour helping you sort through ideas. And sometimes you need an experienced partner working beside you every week for months or years. I offer all of those.
Projects can range from a one-hour consultation to a long-term partnership. Some services begin with a one-time investment of just $25, while annual visibility programs start at only $50 per year. Other clients rely on me for consulting, project management, outreach, and training on an ongoing basis.
There isn't a "typical" client.
There isn't a "minimum size" business.
There isn't a requirement that you sign a long-term contract.
My goal is simple: meet organizations where they are.
Whether your budget is $25 or you're looking for a strategic partner to become an extension of your team, I'd love to have a conversation. The consultation is free.
If we discover I'm not the right fit, I'll help you find someone who is. If I think I can help, we'll find a solution that fits your goals—not one that stretches your budget.
So if you've ever said, "Maybe someday we'll be big enough to hire a consultant," I'd encourage you to reach out.
You might be surprised to learn that "someday" is today.
Sirron Perspectives is a collection of experiences and observations from working with businesses, organizations, and the people behind them.
